Oil and Gas Industry Training
Safety Training: These courses cover overall safety, first aid, CPR, confined space, and hazardous waste for operators applicable to the oil and gas industry and construction industry. We can customize any training to meet your company’s needs.
10 Hour OSHA
Description: One day course covering 16 different subjects in general safety awareness for newly hired personnel or annual refresher training. Included in this course are H2S and respiratory protection. Click here to view outline.
24 Hour New Hire Training

40 Hour New Hire Training (Pre-Requisite for Floorhand Ttraining for Well servicing)
Description: One week of safety training covering 31 different subjects for newly hired personnel. Included in this course are H2S, respiratory protection, forklift safety and Medic first aid. Click here to view outline.
OSHA 10 Hour General Industry Class
Description: The OSHA 10-Hour Class meets the requirements of the Department of Labor for Safety Training and Education of employees in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions in the workplace. One day class covering 11 different subjects in General Industry in accordance with guidelines provided by the OSHA Office of Training and Education. Included in this class are introduction to OSHA, walking and working surfaces, fire safety, confined space, and industrial hygiene. This class serves as an initial indoctrination class or as refresher for those who have previously completed the class.
Medic First Aid/CPR/AED
Description: Includes instruction in basic first aid including CPR. A first responder card will be issued after successful completion of the course.
H2S
Description: This course teaches individuals how to protect themselves from H2S exposure when working in confined space.
Defensive Driving
Description: The National Safety Council’s DDC4 is a 4-hour course. The goal of this course to create self-awareness around the challenges associated with driving in today’s society. The course provides participants with tools, tips and techniques that offer positive choices in regard to driving decisions; and motivates them to embrace personal change in their driving behaviors and attitudes. The emphasis is on identifying and choosing safe and legal behind-the-wheel behaviors and actions.
Confined Space
Description: Confined Space Entry regulations are changing the way people approach entering confined and hazardous spaces. This program is designed to help new and seasoned employees safely enter any area determined to be a confined space. The student will participate in active discussions and demonstrations on the equipment used for safe entry, operations and rescue. The full course (Entrant/Supervisor/Rescue) takes 3 days to complete.
Hands-On Fire Training for Oil and Gas Industry Personnel
Description: This course is a combination of classroom instruction and hands-on training with fire extinguishers. The course covers fire classification, extinguisher types and locations, monthly inspection and trouble shooting, prevention and types of fire in the work environment, review of fire fighting with hand portables, review of fire fighting with wheel cart units and hands-on fire training in the field.
