Library Circulation Policy
On-site borrowing privileges are available to students, faculty of Williston
State College, staff, and other individuals possessing a borrower's card.
A borrower's card, which can be obtained at the circulation desk, is required
in order to check out materials or for remote access to the automated periodical
indexes on ODIN. Patrons are responsible for all materials borrowed on
their card. Report lost or stolen cards to the circulation desk as soon
as possible.
A $25.00 fee is charged by Student Services for replacing a student ID;
a $10.00 fee is charged by the library for replacing a non-student borrower's
card.

materials.
Renewals
Patrons are able to renew their own materials via the Patron Information link
on WebODIN. Alternative methods of renewal include bringing your borrower's
card to the circulation desk, or by calling 774-4226. If you renew by phone,
please have your borrower's card available. Materials are subject to recall.
Interlibrary Loan
Interlibrary loan borrowing privileges are available to currently enrolled
students and employees of Williston State College. Patrons may be asked to
limit requests to five per week. Charges by lending libraries for requested
materials are passed along to the individual borrower. Non-campus individuals
who wish to borrow Williston State College library materials may do so through
their local library.

Notices mean the material is already overdue. A statement will include all
costs incurred to date. Transcripts, final grades, and diplomas will not be
issued until library overdues and fines have been cleared.
