Reporting Maintenance Problems

- Maintenance problems should be reported to your Head Resident.
- If your Head Resident is unavailable, maintenance problems may be reported to the Director of Housing in person in the Business Office, or by e-mailing, or by calling (701) 774-4210.
- Housing emergencies should be reported to the Director of Housing by calling (701) 774-4210 and pressing “1”. In the event of a power outage, maintenance emergencies should be reported by calling (701) 570-2895.
