Description:
The purpose of this course is to have hands on experiences in a given classroom. The student may choose a classroom to observe and may also pick more than one for a comparison. A reflection must be written for each hour spent in the classroom.

EDU 250

Learning Outcomes (Course Objectives):
The student will observe and reflect in classrooms to gain an understanding of what it will mean to be in the classroom on a daily basis. The student will write reflections of the aspects of teaching.

Homework (Workload):
The student will be required to spend 30 hours observing in the classroom and writing a one page or longer reflection on what is seen, how they are helping in the room and what the atmosphere of the classroom displays. |
