is an Entrepreneur?

Webster defines an
entrepreneur as someone who organizes, manages, and assumes the
risks of a business or enterprise. Not everyone has what it takes to
operate his or her own business. Aside from technical business
skills, entrepreneurs require a certain set of personality
characteristics to successfully manage a small business.

even know it. With training and better understanding of the

Who should complete this program?
|
|
The
Entrepreneurship Program is designed for men and women preparing
for a career as a small business owner or as an employee of a
small business. The course offerings are designed to provide a
broad range of general business knowledge and specific
specialized skills. In addition, current business owners may find
particular courses helpful in strengthening skills or increasing
knowledge that will assist in the effectiveness of their
business.

What is available?
|
|
Three
options are available ONLINE. This includes a 15 credit
Certificate of Completion, 33 credit Certificate Program, and a
62 credit Associate in Applied Science Degree in
Entrepreneurship. Each option is designed to build the skills and
increase the knowledge required to start and operate a small
business.

can be tailor made to meet the needs of the student.
