2006-2007: Averaged 11.5 points, 7.6 boards, 1.1 assists and 1.7 blocks per game for the Tetons…shot 49% from the field, 32% from the three-point line, was second on the team in minutes played while starting 23 games for the Tetons…had a season high 27 points against NDSCS, 13 rebounds against Lake Region State College, 8 blocks against Rocky Mountain’s JV, and 4 steals against Bismarck State College.
High School: A first team All-Milwaukee City Conference pick…Honorable Mention Milwaukee Journal Sentinel pick…selected to play in the 2006 WBCA All-State game for the state of Wisconsin…averaged 13 points and 10 rebounds per game…as a junior Fred earned second team all-league honors while averaging 12 points, 9 rebounds and 6 blocks per game as Riverside finished 13-9 overall and 10-3 in the conference.
