*Minnesota residents must complete the Application for Reciprocity Fee Status to be eligible for Minnesota rates. Any student who has not been approved will be charged the non-resident tuition rate. The Application for Reciprocity Fee Status is available in the Admission and Records Office.


Western Undergraduate Exchange Program

Williston State College participates in the Western Undergraduate Exchange program (WUE). This program provides students from other participating states the opportunity to attend Williston State College at a reduced tuition rate equal to one and one-half times the North Dakota resident tuition rate. States participating in the WUE program include: Alaska, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, Wyoming. Williston State College also accepts students from Arizona, California, and Washington at the WUE rate
