Stafford Loans (Subsidized and Unsubsidized)

All first time borrowers of Federal Stafford Loans must complete an entrance interview before funds are disbursed to the student.

Loan counseling can be done on-line by contacting the
following web address:http://MappingYourFuture.org

If you do not have access to the internet, you may complete your loan entrance requirement in our computer labs on campus during the first week of school. If you have completed your loan entrance counseling at another institution, you will not need to complete it again.

Perkins Loan

If you accept a Perkins Loan, you must complete entrance loan counseling. You may do so by accessing the following website: http://MappingYourFuture.org

You must also sign a promissory note for this loan. Please stop in the Financial Aid Office during the first week of the semester to take care of this requirement.

If you have been awarded a Stafford Loan and a Perkins Loan, you may complete the Combined Stafford and Perkins Entrance Counseling.
